Aerial Drone Filming & Photography
Some of the organisations we have provided drone work for:
Recent productions we’ve worked on:
We are a qualified UAV (drone) operator with a CAA Permission for Commercial Operations (PFCO – 1720)
Fully insured / BBC and ITV Approved
DJI Inspire 2 X5S
We operate the state of the art DJI Inspire 2 drone with the X5S camera.
This exceptional drone is fast, powerful, steady in strong winds, and has an excellent broadcast quality camera capable of recording up to 5.2k.
We also have a range of lenses available including wide angle (12mm and 15mm), mid range (25mm) and telephoto (45mm).
Available formats include H264, H265, ProRes 422HQ and ProRes 4444XQ.
DJI Mavic 2 Pro
This lightweight but powerful drone shoots outstanding 4k 10bit footage and high resolution 20 MP photos.
Ideal for traveling and indoor/confined spaces.
Single or dual operator
Our lead pilot James mainly works as a single operator, meaning he both flies the drone and operates the camera.
The DJI Inspire 2 drone we operate has some of the most advanced tracking features currently available which enables us to get shots previously only possible with a dual operator setup.
He also has hundreds of hours of flying experience with a 100% safety record.
There are of course certain shoots that require dual operators, therefore we can offer a dual operator setup when required, ideal for more complicated shoots.
As well as shooting excellent quality H264/265 footage, we can also shoot in ProRes 422HQ and 4444XQ for more demanding workflows.
For photography we can shoot high resolution 21 mega pixel raw and jpeg stills, together with panoramic and 360 images.
Experience of flying in restricted areas
With hundreds of commercial projects since 2015, we have experience of operating in and around all sorts of restricted areas, including MOD Danger Areas, Airport Flight Restriction Zones, RAF Low Flying areas, Central London, Royal Parks, National Parks, National Trust properties, Prisons, Power Stations, Oil/Gas Facilities and SSSI’s.
Our lead pilot James has been working in the TV and multimedia industry for over 15 years.
He was a film maker and photographer long before drones starting taking off (excuse the pun) and has an excellent eye for footage and photographs. He also has many TV credits with his footage being used often by broadcasters including the BBC, ITV, S4C and Netflix.
Portability and viewing
We are regularly asked to film and photograph in places that are difficult to get to, therefore we have additional equipment which enables us to get to places off the beaten track.
We also provide wireless client monitors which means the client/director can view the footage with ease in realtime.
Editing and delivery
We are also experienced video/photo editors, and we often edit the footage and photographs we shoot for clients.
For shoots that require the footage/photographs to be handed over, this can either be done directly onsite, digitally or an a hard drive afterwards, or we can edit the footage down and send it across.
Every job is different so please get in touch for a free no obligation quote.
Here are some examples of our aerial work:

The Llamas were helping the local community by delivering supplies during the COVID-19 lockdown.
